Jay Wilson: I'm giving my first ever talk on bacteria. It's going to be for the Capital Cichlid Association. I hope you're going to be there. It's at John F. Kennedy High School in Glenmont, Maryland. It's April 13th. The doors are going to open at 1:00. The talk starts at 2:00. At three o'clock, there's a mini-auction and stuff. I hope to see you there. Spread the word, let's get it done, and let's learn a little bit about bacteria.
I'm not finishing this line. I'm sorry. What's up, everybody? It's Jay. It's day two of Aquashella. There is a line. I'm telling you, you have to pre-buy your tickets.

It's like going to the airport and not buying tickets, and hopefully, you're going to get to your favorite destination. That's your fault. Buy tickets. Look at the line. Now, let's go look at Aquashella. From the moment you walk in, there is a ton of awesome stuff. What I mean by that is people and things. You have Current, you have ADG, right as you walk in. Your mind completely just goes. Why have you decided not to show up to this thing?
Now, we've got Fritz Aquatics who are rocking these killer flight suits. We've got an American shrimp competition that they have done some amazing things with putting this show on. Look at this. If you love shrimp, it's simply phenomenal. Seahorses, the Aquascape Collective. When you're looking to be scaping on a completely different level, there's somebody that's local to me that I really haven't met, but it's Cory. That dude is phenomenal.
If you have never seen his stuff, you've got to check out the Aquascaping Collective because they're doing stuff that is on some other level. Then what would a show be without the energy of Dustin's Fishtank? Although, I think he is hydrating right now because he just goes nonstop on the cardboard. This cardboard isn't for water. This is for his breakdancing moves. It's insane.

How about Mike's Cichlids bringing the heat all the way from Florida? What a killer place. There's at the back Pleco Paradise up close and personal. No matter where you go in here, you're going to find stuff that you know or things you didn't and you're excited about. Because the next step is Kessil. I'm super pumped to see what Kessil is going to be able to do in some of the tanks that we have here for its aquatics. That's going to be epically awesome.
Look at this. As you're walking, you just randomly see people. Look at Senske from ADG. Come on, guys. You got to be at places like this. There's nothing that could be negative enough not to come here. Get your glasses, get your tickets, and if you can't make Texas, get ready for Chicago. Let me tell you, if you miss Chicago, that's on you.
[music]
Everywhere you turn, you see some awesome faces. You see younger kids. Hey, can I get a hola?
Speaker 1: Hola.
Jay: Look at that. He says it better than me. I love it. Fritz, look at this. Look at how weird they look. They all look-- Actually, look at that? What is that?
Speaker 2: [foreign language]
Jay: What are you doing? What is everyone doing? Seriously, guys, Aquashella, if you're-- Look, I'm not going to tell you to try Fritz's products. That's up to you. What I will tell you, if you're not using them, we can't be friends.

What's going on YouTubers? It's Jay Wilson. Today, we're at Aquashella, day two. If you want one of these, you can have one. I'll send it to you for free, but you have to put it on your nightstand in a nice frame. That's sentimental, so I could be with you all the time. I will not be able to get through this whole thing. There's too many booths, and it was your fault for not showing up. Because I can't tell you what to do, I can't tell you where to go. I can only tell you where I'm going to be.
If you're not wanting to be with me, then that's okay, but you can be with him. That is Jimmy. Look at how good Jimmy looks with a telescoping camera pole. He's really working his stuff. Work it. Work it. He's getting some film. I am standing in front of Custom Aquariums booth. The reason why I'm standing here is because look at this pallid area. I'm going to give you some close-up footage of all this stuff. Look at this pallid area. They've got Amazon milk frogs. They've got caiman lizards in there. They've got some fish.
If you wanted to keep reptiles, amphibians, and some fish, and you're able to do it on a certain level, this is the level you want to do it on. Really the only ones that are doing it at this size are Custom Aquariums. I don't own one. This isn't a plug. This is me telling you that they make pretty damn good stuff. You should be on the website checking it out, from filtration to reptile racks to aquarium racks.
I'm sure you've seen Joey. I'm sure you've seen Solid Gold. They have some amazing racks with those hundred plus gallon tanks to just stack. It works for a lot of people. Custom Aquariums is doing a lot of this stuff. They partnered up with DFW Reptarium to bring this. I'm going to stop talking. Let's just look.

Take it easy bro, take it easy. No matter where you go and what you do, you see the things and the people that you enjoy being around. Look at this, Fish and Sera ZooMed, Maxout Aquatics. Dallas North Aquarium is actually here, bringing some heat. Look at that. There's stuff for everyone, even kids. You can even bring your kids. Let's do something real quick. First of all, this gentleman right here, no matter where you go in fish keeping, if the blazer is on, business time has begun.
When you're looking for high-quality filtration, it's up to you on what you want to buy, but if you've never seen Bashsea stuff, it's like trying to pass Everlast for Nike. It doesn't work. Let me show you some because I showed you in Canada. Do you see these beveled edges? This is craftsmanship, 100%. Stop wasting your money on something that's going to break early and put your money just on good stuff like dragon skulls because maybe you want to have a Game of Thrones party or you're just into wearing dragon stones for your spells. That's a little much. They even have human skulls. I don't know. It's a pretty ugly human.
[music]
I'm back. I've had time to reflect on Aquashella and how awesome it was and how amazing the fish tube booth was. Working at a Fritz Aquatics booth really for the first time in this capacity, other than being in Canada and Baltimore. It's fun. It's a spectacle, there's a ton of people around. Honestly, if you were upset with the show because the fire marshall had to just say, "Hey look, no more people right now because there's just way too many people." there was an estimate 7,000 people on the grounds in and around the Aquashella venue, that were a part of Aquashella. Whether they were visiting, whether they were trying to get in, it's insane.
There's going to be a ton of videos. I highly recommend you check those out. Do me a favor, I've got a saltwater tank. Follow me along the journey. It's going to be crazy. I'm going to do a ton of mess up so check out Fritz Aquatics' Youtube channel because I'm going to be doing most of the content there, utilizing Fritz Aquatics products. As you know, I work here full time so it's not like, Fritz is giving me stuff. I am working and we've got to get this bad boy up and running. I think you'll probably enjoy me and my mistakes. I appreciate everything you all do. Thank you for watching. You know what's next. [shouts]
Some motivation. Here's some motivation for you. Just do it. I mean, literally, just do it. If it doesn't make you happy, get rid of it. If it makes you happy, do it. That is the best I got.
