- Designed to use with a Protein Skimmer.
- Adds massive water volume, flow rates, and particle filtration with minimal footprint and cost.
Seamless Sump® Baffle Tub
- One-piece molded design – No seams, no welds, no leaks!
- Media baskets for organized, high volume, high surface area, and efficient bacteria culture for biofiltration.
- Arrange media baskets to provide the culture with a constant supply of fresh bio media.
- Optional pad on top of the media stack prevents debris and refuse from getting trapped in the stacks.
- Prevents debris and micro bubbles from getting to the pump side of the tank.
- Ensures the media is always submerged even if water levels go down on the right side due to evaporation.
- Not under pressure and doesn’t rely on seals that can leak.
- Redundant pumps – If a failure occurs, replace an inexpensive pump rather than an entire filter. (Use a Siphon Stopper® to reduce the likelihood of back siphoning.)
